March Stamp of the Month Blog Hop

Welcome to the March Stamp of the Month Blog Hop! If you arrived here from Haley's Blog you're on the right track. If this is your starting point, you're in for a real treat! This month we have over 70 talented consultants sharing their art and ideas with the March Stamp of the Month, A Little Everything (D1408).

I absolutely love this set! You can use it for cards, layouts, mini albums...really anything! It's perfect for that little extra sentiment...short and to the point!

This month I have a Year of Cards class, so I used this Stamp of the Month for the Easter card. The paper is from the Caboodle Paper pack.

It was also a perfect addition to a simple layout we are doing for our Crop 'till You Drop on March 20. Each cropper will receive the materials to complete the layout.

I also used the March Stamp of the Month on this little mini purse album I made for a friend. (Thanks for the idea, Val!)

I hope you enjoyed my projects. I'd love to hear your comments and suggestions! Now hop to Michelle's Blog to see what inspiring ideas she has for you! Have fun and happy hopping!! :)

Shower card

My mom is going to a shower for tomorrow for a friend who is having twins and she asked me to make her a card. The mommy-to-be already knows she's having a boy and a girl, and she's shared their names, so it was really fun to personalize this card!

We need your help!!! Craft for a Cure details...

Parents with Small Children Small Group presents a fundraiser dear to our hearts...

Crafters of all types...quilters, scrapbookers, knitters, cardmakers, jewelry makers, and any other crafty people (or those who just want a day away to work on whatever!)

Why? One of our small group members is struggling with a disorder called HSP. Hereditary Spastic Paraplegia is a degenerative disorder that impairs walking due to spasticity and weakness of the legs. We love her and we want to help!! All profits from your $25 donation will go towards SPF research. Check out the website for more info:

Where & When: Pack up your creative materials and head over to Shepherd of the Lakes Lutheran Church in Brighton on Saturday, April 17, 2010 from 9am—5pm.

What: A Day of crafting fun! A continental breakfast and delicious Gus’ lunch will be provided, along with lots of crafting space, prizes, and surprise goodies! We will hold a raffle during the event. If you bring a munchie or 2-liter of pop, you will receive raffle tickets. There will be other ways to earn tickets for the raffle during the day!

Register: Please register by April 1st. The first 10 people to register will receive VIP Seating! What’s that? Register to find out! :) Call Melissa Burch at (810) 231-1362 or email to register.

Valentine Pop-up Accordian Card

I created this card for my parents for Valentine's Day. My parents mean so much to me and I know they love my handmade cards, so I thought I'd make them something special! I found the tutorial on splitcoaststampers and fell in love with the design!

Inside says "THANKS for everything you do" and "You are loved" (all stamped). The small piece on the bottom right was used for my little valentine message.

Card created with Topstitch Level 2 Papers, Baby Pink and Heavenly Blue Ink, March Stamp of the Month A Little Everything stamp set, Sweet Love stamp set, Charmed stamp set, and the Exclusive Stamp set included with the Topstitch Workshop on the Go.
